Goods purchased from are suitably packaged to protect them during transit, and all our orders are sent via a private carrier. Unfortunately, even with the best intentions, accidents can happen and loss or damage can occur. It is the customers’ responsibility to check the products on receipt and note any damage, or missing items before signing for them and then we will do everything possible to put it right.
We don’t want to bore you with jargon, but please read our Terms & Conditions/Returns when making an order. All furniture will need to be signed for upon delivery. Please help us make your delivery as smooth as possible, by being available at the agreed time to sign for it, or we’ll have to take back your lovely new furniture to our depot and will charge for re-delivery.
